Hauntware is still being built. This policy is designed to make a pre-order a considered choice, not a gamble.
Effective June 11, 2026Before the first build is delivered
You may request a full refund of your Hauntware pre-order at any time before the first packaged desktop build is delivered to you.
After delivery
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days after the first build is delivered. We may ask what did not work so we can improve the product, but a reason is not required for this voluntary refund window.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address used for purchase and include the order or invoice number if available. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to display the credit.
Abuse and exceptions
We may deny repeated or fraudulent refund requests, chargeback abuse, or requests tied to license misuse. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
Consumer rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Depending on where you live, separate cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, or refund rights may apply to digital content.
